F.O.R.U.M. is a community-based organization located at 200 E. 75th Street in Chicago, IL. Currently, F.O.R.U.M. teaches abstinence as part of the natural and normal process of character development in local schools and on site. Through this program youth gain the skills needed to nurture relationships that are not predicated on emotional or sexual vulnerabilities. Drug prevention, violence prevention, marriage preparation and other topics are included to help youth build relationships that are primarily focused on their health and intelligence. Parents are also involved in developing better leadership skills through model behaviors and improving parent - child communications. Our goal is for youth to embrace abstinence as the norm and not the exception.
