Virtuous Reality, LYDIA\\\'s abstinence program:
Affirms youth and their ability to make positive choices regarding their future. Educates teens on the importance of goal setting and planning ahead.
Prepares students to make the wisest and healthiest decisions through abstaining from drugs, alcohol, and sexual activity until marriage.
Program Specifics:
Our program is available for 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grade students.
We offer an 8 to 10 week program.
Each session runs for 45 minutes.
Sessions are age-appropriate & tailored to fit the needs of the school we serve.
Our program is designed to engage students with interactive discussion and activities, informational handouts, and real life stories.

Setting Goals and Dreams
Media Influence
Teen Pregnancy
STD’s
Self esteem & self respect
Abstinence from alcohol and drugs
Decision-making and Refusal skills
Abstinence until marriage
Building Healthy Friendships
6th grade classes will also include puberty, hygiene, and decision making skills.
We also offer Prom With No Regrets™. (PWNR) This is a special program geared for senior students to encourage students to have a drug-free, alcohol and sex free from night. We desire to encourage seniors to live a regret free lifestyle. For more information feel free to call!
