The African American Family Association Inc. and the Life Skills associates are dedicated to providing quality abstinence education to students of the Chicagoland area using quality curricula. They have many supporters of abstinence throughout the school system and communities who are pleased to know that children are responding by committing to a lifestyle of abstinence.
The AAFA-Life Institute of America also supplies students with early evening activities in the organization's reading and academic programs, computer literacy training, arts and crafts and furnishes students with an after school homework room. The program also includes job training and assistance in resources, referrals, and counseling.
